Identity woes: Abandoned children had to skip exams

KARACHI: National Database and Regulatory Authority (NADRA) has refused to prepare B-Forms and National Identity Cards for abandoned orphans, adding to the troubles of children who are already engaged in a battle through the atrocities of life.
